Frequently asked questions

Who are WeirdCreepyDesigns T-shirts for?

They're made for UFO and UAP enthusiasts, science-fiction fans, cryptid researchers and believers, comic-con attendees, paranormal enthusiasts, retro-futurism fans, collectors of unusual artwork and anyone who enjoys standing out from the crowd.

What is the return policy?

All products are custom-made to order, so we don't accept returns or exchanges for personal preference, incorrect size selection, or change of mind. Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, custom-made and personalised goods are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed, you're entitled to a free replacement or full refund — contact us within 30 days with a photo of the issue.

Are any purchases final sale?

Yes — because every product is printed on demand specifically for your order, all purchases are final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed. In that case, we'll make it right with a free replacement or full refund.

When will I get my order?

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days before shipping. Estimated delivery times after dispatch: EU 5–8 days (express 2–4), UK 4–7 days (express 2–3), US & Canada 5–8 days (express 2–4), Australia & New Zealand 7–12 days (express 3–6). You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Where are your products manufactured?

All products are printed on demand by our fulfilment partner, Gelato, using local production hubs around the world. This means your order is typically made close to where you live — reducing delivery times and carbon footprint.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates vary by region and are shown at checkout. Standard shipping starts from €4.99 (EU), £4.99 (UK), $5.99 (US), CA$7.99 (Canada), A$7.99 (Australia), and NZ$9.99 (New Zealand). Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders — check checkout for the current threshold in your region.

What should I wear to Comic-Con?

Comic-Con and other pop-culture conventions are ideal places for expressive graphic T-shirts. UFOs, aliens, cryptids, robots, science fiction, horror and humorous character designs are all part of the wider fandom culture celebrated at conventions and our t-shirt designs are absolutely unique to us. We'd suggest a Skinny Bob or Betty the Bot for Comic-con, or Ancient Alien Gods or Skinny Bob for something like Contact in the Desert, etc.

What is Bigfoot?

Bigfoot, also known as Sasquatch or Yeti, amongst others, is a legendary ape-like creature said to inhabit forested regions across the globe. Reports, folklore and alleged evidence have made Bigfoot one of the world's most famous cryptids.

What is the Ancient Astronaut theory?

The ancient astronaut theory proposes that some ancient myths, religious stories, monuments or technological achievements may have been influenced by extraterrestrial visitors. It is a speculative idea rather than an established scientific explanation.

What is UAP disclosure?

'Disclosure' is a term commonly used within UFO/UAP communities to describe the release of information, documents or evidence relating to alleged unexplained phenomena and potential extraterrestrial or trans-terrestrial activity. It is a subject of continuing public debate.

Are UFOs and UAPs the same thing?

Broadly, they describe similar occurances, but UAP is now commonly used by scientific and government organisations because it is broader than 'unidentified flying object.' NASA uses Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena in its current research framework.

What is a Grey alien?

'Grey alien' is a popular term for the humanoid extraterrestrial archetype typically depicted with grey skin, a large head, large dark eyes and a slender body. The image has become one of the most recognisable symbols of UFO and science-fiction culture.

Who is Skinny Bob?

Skinny Bob is the nickname given by UFO enthusiasts to a mysterious grey humanoid figure appearing in a series of purported UFO/alien videos uploaded to YouTube in 2011 by the account ivan0135. The footage became an enduring piece of modern UFO folklore, although its authenticity and origins remain unverified.
