Shipping Policy
All orders are printed and fulfilled on demand by our production partner, Gelato, using local fulfillment hubs to minimize delivery times wherever possible. Basic shipping rates are quoted for for the first item. Additional items will incur a small addition to the basic shipping rate, unless FREE SHIPPING is available.
European Union
- Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
- Express Shipping: 2–4 business days
- Free standard shipping is available on orders over a set threshold (see checkout for current offer)
Orders within the EU are fulfilled from Gelato's European hubs. Prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable VAT.
United Kingdom
- Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2–3 business days
Orders are fulfilled from Gelato's UK hub where possible. Please note that as a result of Brexit, some orders may be subject to customs checks, though we aim to minimise delays.
United States & Canada
- Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
- Express Shipping: 2–4 business days
Orders are fulfilled from Gelato's North American hubs. Prices are displayed in local currency at checkout.
Australia & New Zealand
- Standard Shipping: 7–12 business days
- Express Shipping: 3–6 business days
Orders are fulfilled from Gelato's Australian hub where available.

- Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days before shipping.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to circumstances outside our control.
