EU Consumers — Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

Exception for custom-made products: The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are made to your personal specifications or clearly personalised. As all products in our store are printed on demand specifically for each order, they are exempt from the standard 14-day withdrawal right under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

Returns & Refunds

All products in our store are custom-made to order. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of personal preference, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, custom-made and personalised goods are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal.

Defective or damaged items: Notwithstanding the above, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed, you are entitled to a free replacement or a full refund. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with a photo clearly showing the issue.

Lost Orders

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, please get in touch and we will investigate with our fulfilment partner.

How to request a refund or replacement: Email us at weirdcreepydesigns@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We aim to resolve all claims within 5 business days.
